terms of service

- Ordering a commission, you are automatically presumed to have read and agreed to the following terms.- After coming to an agreement on the contents/features/add-ons of your commission, payment should be sent to reserve your spot in the commission queue and initiate the commission.-Your commission will be added to the commission queue only if a downpayment is made. I will not hold a spot for your commission when there are customers making full payments upfront FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT
× Slot is confirmed and work will begin only after full paymentTo avoid running into problems and to protect both parties, the commission must be paid either upfront or with a 80% down payment before I start working on it.I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.- My turnaround time is negotiable only at the beginning of the commission process. Otherwise, my turnaround time varies based on commission type but is usually 2 weeks - 2 months for commissions that don’t involve design services.(Not counting the waiting time For the last queue )Not accepting urgent jobsI work quite late and work according to the transfer queue

Don't be afraid I'm disappear anywhere. if I not be able to reply late for some time because sleeping and working time is quite hectic.- A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be x2 of original price.
If the Commission will be used for a Commercial Purpose, the Artist must be notified prior to the Start of Work. Commercial use of the Commission requires new Terms of Service developed on a case-by-case basis and agreed to by all parties in the Commission Agreement before the Start of Work.- The prices mentioned are starting rates only. This means there will be additional charges depending on the complexity of the required artwork and how urgently it is needed to be done.If a commissioner wishes for a refund, they will receive 100% if no works steps have been taken at all,
Once the artwork is have finished linking or coloured , No refund will be offered under any circumstance except the cancellation of the work comes from my end.

REVISIONS AND EDITSYou will be sent a sketch in which you will be able to tell me what you want fixed/changed, removed, or added, or if I'm allowed to continue.
Anything I missed from the given information or reference on the order form(s) will be changed for free.Any edits fixes during the sketch process.
Sketches can be edited for free 3 times if it doesn't follow the briefAny edits post out of the brife that weren't my responsibility, will cost a fee. Fee depends on what you want redrawn/fixed.
